{Sarah here} This was the first book I ever read about neighboring. I knew Jesus said, "Love your neighbor," and this book got me dreaming about what would happen if we accepted the invitation literally. The Art of Neighboring helped me realize by becoming good neighbors, we become who we're supposed to be. As a result, our communities become the places God intended them to be. This book is practical, but doesn't make our neighbors our "pet project." It actually encourages us to make them our friends. What a concept, right? Jay Pathak & Dave Runyon did a great job with this book. Discussion questions at the end of each chapter make this book perfect for small groups or individual study.
